What do I do if my domain has expired?
If your domain has expired recently, you have the option to restore it. To do so, log in to your user account on our website, click My Domains, then select Expired. Once inside, press the Restore button. If the option to restore the domain is available then press to create an order; otherwise, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org
To proceed with your order, click the shopping cart in the upper right corner and then follow the instructions to complete it. Our advice is that you pay by card to ensure that your order can be processed as quickly as possible. Once we have restored your domain, it will take up to 48 hours for it to work as usual.
The prices for a restore vary and to see what the cost of each domain is, go to your user account, select Economy, and then click Pricelist. There you have the opportunity to search for the different top-level domains and then also get the price for a restore.
