How long does it take to get a response from my support?

  • Our goal is, of course, to respond to the issues we receive via e-mail and support tip as soon as possible. Depending on the number of cases received, the response time may vary, but you will normally receive feedback within 48 hours. Worth noting is that if you send a new message to us before you have received a response, your case will automatically end up in the queue.
